Unsure of what to bring for daycare? Have questions about your dogs sleeping arrangements? Here are some questions commonly asked by past clients.
Why don't you accept huskies?
During three separate instances with three different huskies, they managed to killed two of Roys’ pets and badly injured another. For this reason we don’t accept huskies.
How many dogs do you board a day?
We average between 25 and 30 per day for daycare and between 15-25 a night for boarding.
Where do the dogs sleep?
We provide crates if your dog is crate trained, if not then on Roy's bed or on the floor.
Do the small and large dogs interact with each other or are they kept separate?
All dogs play together in supervised areas throughout Roy's home.
Do you care for senior dogs?
Yes! Our team is well equipped to care for elderly dogs.
Do you accept "intact" dogs?
Unless the dog in question is less than a year old or if the dog has a provable vets note, we do not accept mature intact dogs.
What should I bring if my dog is boarding?
The less items the better, but we do ask that you bring: your dog's food and leash/harness. Please provide feeding instructions. If your dog has medication, please bring them and provide administration instructions.
Should I bring toys for my dog?
Please don't bring toys! The dogs have 12 hours to socialize and play with one another. Toys are a form of aggression for some dogs as they could get possessive and cause problems. So to avoid all that we don't allow toys.
What should I bring if my dog is only going for daycare?
If you're dropping your dog off for daycare then you don't need to bring anything.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Not for new dogs. Please schedule a consultation with Roy before dropping off your dog.

Can I book my boarding/daycare online?
Not currently.
Do you have a livestream?
No. We employ minors who cannot consent to having their faces broadcasted to the public.

Are the hours the same for daycare and boarding?
Yes, 7am- 7pm
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, venmo, paypal, cashapp, zelle, and apple cash.
All payments are collected once the service is over.
Do you need to meet my dog before services are rendered?
Yes! Please bring your dog for the consultation. This is to determine if your dog is a good fit for our pack.
Something came up. Can I reschedule my meet and greet?
Yes! We are very flexible with rescheduling.
Do you provide grooming services?
We can provide a bath, blowout, and nail trim at and extra cost. Please contact us for more info.
Should I bring anything to the consultation?
Besides yourself and your dog, please bring emergency contact information, vet info, and proof of vaccines.
